Vital Neuro makes AI-driven neuroresponsive headphones that adapt to brain activity in real time, delivering personalized audio to shift your mindset. Great product, real science, but their content wasn't landing with the people who'd actually buy it.
Their existing assets were polished and aspirational, featuring young fitness models in nature. Their actual buyers, 30-something early tech adopters, didn't see themselves in any of it.

Strategy
We rented a house, booked time at a gym, and filmed at a local business. Three locations, one story: a normal day with Vital Neuro. The 'You are Vital' campaign was built around the person buying the product, not the person modeling it.
A few weeks later, Vital Neuro relaunched a new ad campaign delivering immediate returns.
