AFC Urgent Care
AFC Urgent Care of Boulder County had no social media presence, no content strategy, and no videos to use for ads. The owner wanted to change all three. We started our partnership with a plan to help them build a content catalogue, answer the questions patients ask most, and turn attention into new patients through ads.
Deliverables
Six FAQ videos
One Owner video
One staff video
Strategy
Healthcare content earns trust by being useful before it sells. We built the series around the questions AFC's team fields every day, the ones patients ask at the front desk, mixed with two general-purpose videos featuring staff and highlighting the franchise owner.
The two production days were scheduled during open hours. That meant filming around real patients and an active care environment. Our team was on their toes all day, working between patient visits, protecting privacy, and keeping the clinic's day-to-day running smoothly. It's a constraint most crews avoid. It's also why the videos feel like the actual place, not a set.
The Results
✓ New patients and revenue up more than 20% at the Longmont location after the ad campaign
✓ A social presence launched from zero, with a content library to sustain it
✓ Six videos answering the questions that used to be answered one patient at a time
